ABout the founder
Grow & Glow Philly was founded by Latoya Johnson, a licensed esthetician, natural skincare formulator,Beekeeper, STEM educator and owner of Natural Body Essentials. With over 16 years of medical and wellness experience, Latoya created the program to provide young girls with hands-on, science based experiences that build confidence, creativity, and purpose through wellness and self-discovery.
Through nature-based learning, skincare formulation, environmental science, and entrepreneurship, she helps young girls understand that true growth begins within.
